Q.   Do our clothes and jewelry use authentic Swarovski crystals?

We offer products designed to fit any budget, so some of the brands we
offer use authentic Swarovski crystals while others use alternative products.
The clothing description or label should specify whether when the product
uses genuine Swarovski crystals. The exception, however, is our custom
necklaces which are all designed with genuine Swarovski crystals unless
otherwise described.

Q.   How do I select the right pair of shoes for dance, gymnastics or cheer?

All dance shoes are not created equal. Good support is a necessity, but is
often missing from inexpensive products. Rule of thumb is to purchase the
best shoes for you or your little one’s feet. Quality dance shoes are designed
to provide the best support to your feet specific to the style of dancing. This is
important since dance, gymnastics and cheer movement can affect your
knees, back and joints. Dance, gymnastics and cheer shoes should fit snugly
from the get go and should never be bought to allow a child to grow into
them. Loose shoes or an incorrect arch placement can cause injury
down the road.

Shoes should be tried on to make sure they are comfortable while offering
good support. Selecting the correct shoe can make all the difference in
the world. Leather will cost more than a synthetic/man-made material, but
often provide a better feel and snugger fit, thus avoiding your foot slipping
out of your shoe and cause injury. They also provide better support and
allow your foot to breath.

Q.   What is the return policy for online purchases?

If within 14 days of your purchase you are not satisfied, we will replace
the new/unused item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount
less any shipping charges. A return authorization number is required for
replacement or credit.

Q.   How do I obtain a return authorization number?

Please call or e-mail Info@MySparkleDazzle.com with your request to
return your new/unused item. Include the following information:

    Date of purchase Size
    Brand name Quantity
    Style Reason for the return

Once we receive the request, you will receive a return authorization
number within 24 hours via e-mail. The RA number must be clearly written
on the outside of the package. If the merchandise is returned without
a RA number, the item(s) will be refused and you will be responsible
for any additional carrier charges.
